Excellent service! I called Paul yesterday late afternoon and he texted me a very reasonable quote to clean our house gutters within 5 mins of the call and said he could come the next day. Paul was at our house promptly at 10am today, as agreed. The work was carried out quickly and Paul showed me pictures of the clean gutters and a bucket of what he'd removed from them which was reassuring. I highly recommend Edinburgh Gutter Cleaning Company. I have had to organise communal repairs to my rental flat in Leith from Australia where I live, Paul has given me the utmost courtesy with taking the time difference into account, and he has always answered promptly. We were the victim of vandals just before the work went ahead, Paul cleaned up the mess at no extra charge. I had a broken downpipe, and was just about to go on holiday. With a period of heavy rain forecast, I didn't want to leave it while I was away, with water pouring out onto my driveway and possibly getting into the garage. On a Sunday evening, Paul responded to the enquiry which I made via the website within 4 minutes, and after another 12 minutes he had arranged to visit my home the following morning to assess and price the job. He then quickly sourced the required parts (this on a Bank Holiday when several of the usual suppliers were closed), and carried out a first class repair. I would give Paul 6 stars if I could. Paul was very quick to respond to my enquiry and rapidly visited my property and provided a quote for work to unblock my gutters. He quickly carried out the work required for me, which ended up taking almost 3 days longer than originally quoted, and additional specialist services, but honoured the original quote.
