Absolute joke of a company ! Took deposit from me and said they would fit doors and windows within 6-8 weeks and they matched a quote from another company which was £1000 cheaper ! Weeks on I chased it up and was told for 4 weeks of continuous calls that the order was being processed Literally called them daily for 3 weeks and never ever got a callback ... owners, managers and staff were all an absolute joke.... rude !!! Minus the receptionist who was nice enough but was left to deal with it all and had no power to do anything but give false promises of callbacks which by the way never happened. 3 months after the original order had gone in I refused to put the phone down and told them I would see them in their office, at this point they told me that my order had been cancelled because apparently I hadn’t give them the go ahead! Even though I had a signed and agreed contract in my hand! At this point I got some legal advise and am still in the process of reporting this company.... So then I again contacted the company and they promised me a refund within 7-21 days No idea why this took so long !!! 3 weeks on and suprise suprise no refund recieved ! So I again got onto the phone only to speak to people telling me the refund is being processed and to wait and they would call me back with confirmation NO CALLBACK RECIEVED ! Then on the final call to this company someone with a fake name was extremely rude and would not let me SPEAK he was acting more like i had take his money and not refunded it Thankfully I finally have my money safe in my account now I would suggest everyone records they calls because this company will not accept any responsibility and are very careless and unprofessional! I had 6 windows and 2 composite doors fitted and couldn't fault they fitting or quality of the product. The fitters were clean and tidied up after themselves and polite. Although there were a few delays on the job overall I am more than happy with my new windows and glad I went for black instead of grey or white. More...

Where shall I start from, I am over the moon with the experience I have had from start to finish. I was very worried about the window process and glad we choose EdenGlaze UK. My initial experience from the salesman was very positive he was not pushy and had a fixed price instead of starting at double the price and working their way down slowly like some others did. I was very pleased with his open, honest and straightforward approach. The salesman did not try and force me to sign up and was happy to go through everything and leave it with me – I had some companies that had the salesman sitting in my house for over 2 hours trying to force me to sign up. I liaised with the salesman over WhatsApp and email and he was happy to answer all my questions and queries. We initial thought about going for a glass roof but after some advice and research we decided to go for a solid roof and what a difference it has made. Once we were happy to proceed the surveyor came out to check over everything and confirm measurements – pleasant guy and was patient and explained everything in great detail. The fit was arranged over a weekend and the fitters came in and took down my polycarb roof and installed the new roof – the fitters were brilliant lads and cleaned up after themselves and worked diligently and till late in the evening the get the roof water tight. After installation of the roof the electrician and plaster came in the following wee to finish and although the plaster was a little messy overall I am very very pleased and my roof has given the conservatory a new lease of life and I can actually use it. I will be recommending EdenGlaze to everyone and will not hesitate to get in touch again if there is any further work. Great guys and excellent end product. More...

after a recommendation on the Nextdoor app followed by message from the owner of Edenglaze decided to get a quote as the message seemed pretty genuine saying he had worked for safestyle for 20 years and was fed up with the way they treated their customers and decided to start his own business. So the salesman came out he was called Usman really nice promised the world gave me his number and said just to drop him a message or call him and his there to answer any issues. The following day someone called and requested a deposit which I paid as the total cost was just under £8K. I was told around 6 weeks before fitting and that I’ll get a call in two weeks after the surveyors been and checked everything. A few days later the surveyor came out and said there was no issues and the installation will be done in a few weeks. I messaged Usman a week later asking if I can get an update and he said he’ll call back but never did. After that I messaged him on numerous occasions but got no response. After exactly 4 weeks I called the office and some rude idiot answered the phone no manners whatsoever. Anyway he put me through to another guy called Scott (phone call recorded) who said the reason no ones been in touch is that “when the order was sent to the factory they noticed that my bay windows were not fitted properly and if they take them out to fit new ones the whole roof could collapse” ok please tell me how the factory would know that? Isn’t that the surveyors job? If there was an issue then why did the surveyor put the order through? Anyway I decided to cancel the order and as of yet my deposit still hasn’t been returned despite phone calls, messages and emails. If they think they’re not going to return it then I’m sorry that’s not happening I will go through the proper channels and get it returned. You can live off the few pennies of interest you might profit from not returning it but I will get it back eventually. Ok so some say bad experience but reading reviews I’m not the first and I’m sure I won’t be the last I have a copy of all the messages and emails also which will be useful. So if you get a message from a guy called Imran on here saying his started his own business window to stop the big guys taking advantage of customers remember my review. Oh and if your salesman is Usman who is apparently Imrans brother to my face and until I signed up he was brilliant after that forget it. I will leave reviews on all the appropriate sites too and have more than enough evidence. By the way my windows have been replaced by another local firm who have done a fantastic job and there was no issues at all with the bay windows this surveyor just laughed at me when I told him what edenglaze had said. Hope this is helpful to anyone whose looking at replacement doors and windows. The website also states that they will give you £200 off towards each window and when I asked about this I was told by Usman that they quote a higher price anyway and they knock it off that so you think you get a discount. I have had my tenants property done from this company they have been excellent through out. We have had delays because of covid but everything was done eventually a big thank you to Steve and Andy the fitters they did a great job.
