when I was working as regional manager in one of the biggest facilities management my senior manager kept asking me why I was working as a regional manager when I had so much knowledge that could help the industry, my experience within the cleaning industry gave me the push that I needed to get out there and start my own business.
I had one contract before I left my position as regional manager I had a leap of faith that I could make that work.
