Hello lee. Long time no hear.i don’t know if you remember me. You fitted a new boiler in April 2018 and didn’t register the boiler guarantee nor did you give me my gas certificate. I paid shy of £1500 for this installation and documents. I messaged and called several times but no reply. I have had so many expensive problems with the boiler you fitted (even to date). You are clearly actively working so am quite concerned why you went missing and never gave me my certificate or guarantee . Would like to know how you will make this right.
