East Block Group are charging the estate money but as residents we aren’t seeing any impact of the money spent. The men hired to maintain the estate do very little work- some even sit in their van all day. The estate is littered with weeds and cracks. I’ve lived here less than a year - a new build estate- and it’s shocking. More...
