I have recently had a new solar panel + battery system installed from Duoserve and from start to finish the service has been excellent. There are so many companies out there right now and it’s difficult to know who to trust, but Dan and Ali stood out from the very first meeting and helped to explain everything and made sure that the system was right for my needs. They are extremely knowledgeable in the area of renewables and I would highly recommend duoserve to anybody looking for solar panel installation. More...

If anyone is thinking of getting Solar and battery storage I would highly recommend contacting duoserve. The company give us a range of quotes suited to our needs and our energy usage. They never tried to oversell or upsell things we didn’t need. Their pricing was competitive and time scale of the installation was realistic. Customer service is 5 star ⭐️- Dan and Ali are extremely friendly, very responsive and have gone above and beyond to make sure we have been happy with everything. Cutting energy bills was our top main priority - A good solar system is a must - at every stage we received nothing but honest information and advice from Dan and Ali that resulted in a great solar system for our property and needs. We are already generating amazing energy even on dull February days. More...

Only been there for an appointment that a company had arranged for me for an interview. Receptionist was nice and helpful but I was annoyed that I had to pay for parking . That's why it's two stars only.

One of the worse building in Sunderland. . No management ..nothing .. and you have no guarantee that your office will be secured as all the windows are damaged and anyone can break the windows anytime. Even if you complained to the management they have no idea what to do . Very ignorant management and has no professionalism at all. More...

After much deliberation and contact with Numerous suppliers of cavity wall insulation, I settled on Duoserve because of the considerate lengths they went to to resolve my Problem of a non conforming property. . After initial survey, With out request, the directors of the company attended my home on the day traveling a fair distance. Took photos inside walls and-out during the installation to be sure they were giving the best possible service possible ,given my stone problems. I was impressed with the knowledge Ali had of the utility and insulation industry, keeping up to date with all-new-legislation,grants, and next Eco 3 ,steps in the industry. They met all my needs and after say three days the house, having warmed through , the rooms are certainly retaining more heat. Result🥰. Thanks guys! More...

Regus house and its staff are both great, good business center, good little restaurant. offices are nice and clean, nice kitchen as well for general use, toilet are also clean and tidy, and parking is more that ample. Located incredibly close to all main roads and routes, equally located between 3 train stations. Reception team are always willing to help and will go above and beyond the call of duty as well, making sure the client is happy.good little place. More...

Like a few others within the building I cannot wait to move my business out of here. Whilst the reception staff are very friendly the issues are beyond their control. The centre suffers from poor Internet connection which often drops. If the service fails on Friday night there is no contact available to even look at this until Monday morning. This has happened during the last few months. The speed can be poor and Regus technical support can only be contacted via reception raising a ticket to a call centre in Manila. These days it is very difficult to run a business without Internet connectivity. The phone lines have also been known to fail within the centre.Do not believe that there are good parking facilities here. The visitors car park will be full before 9am and Regus charge £40 per month for a parking space outside of this area. There is currently a waiting list for this and you may be asked to wait in turn to park. Not good when people have work to do!A large percentage of the building is without heating and if you work on a weekend the boiler is switched off on Friday night. The temperature within the office is not legal for staff to work on a cold winters day.If you experience problems, Regus will simply fob you off until your lease expires, but be warned you need to give 3 months notice to terminate even if you have taken out a 12 month contract. Without this notice they will automatically renew for another 12 months. These are the main points that cause the most issues. If your thinking of taking an office here, check out Trust Pilot and type in 'Regus'. Cavity Wall Insulation
Insulating homes with EPS Bead. Cavity Wall Insulation stores the heat within the inner walls, bouncing it back into the room and holding it for longer.
This improves the regulation of temperature and by getting rid of any draughts that can come down from the walls.
This is a great way to lower your heating bills as the need to put on your heating will significantly reduce and the property will retain heat more.
Heating Installations
A boiler is at the heart of most central heating systems. Getting a new gas boiler replacement needs to take time and consideration to ensure that you are making the right decision. Here at Duoserve, we will work with you to find the best options available that suits you, your property time and budget. We will also look to find if you are eligible for funding to help towards the costs as part of the various Energy Efficiency Initiatives.
Loft Insulation
Loft insulation is a great way to ensure you are keeping your home warm and reducing your energy bills.
An uninsulated loft or attic room can lose around 25% of the heat from your home, so making sure that your loft or attic rooms that are unheated are suitably insulated.
You could save you up to £340 on heating bills and 940kg of carbon dioxide emissions annually (based on a 4 bedroom detached house).
Solar PV & Battery Storage
A photovoltaic system, also PV system or solar power system, is an electric power system designed to supply usable solar power by means of photovoltaics. It consists of an arrangement of several components, including solar panels to absorb and convert sunlight into electricity, a solar inverter to convert the output from direct to alternating current, as well as mounting, cabling, and other electrical accessories to set up a working system. It may also use a solar tracking system to improve the system's overall performance and include an integrated battery.
First and foremost, you can use the electricity your panels generate, thus reducing your electricity bills. Savings depend on system size, electricity use, whether you're at home during the day to use the energy you're producing and other factors. But based on Energy Saving Trust estimates, a typical household with a 4.2 kilowatt-peak system can knock between £165/year and £405/year off bills.
