Brilliant service. David came to give a quote, there was no BS just honest advice based on his experience. Email questions were answered almost immediately by Justine. The quote was a lot less than I expected and although it wasn't the cheapest I had, based on the reviews and the service I had already received I decided to go with DSM. Engineer came within the allotted hour I was given and I was happy to see it was a woman! She did an excellent job fitting the alarm keeping me updated throughout the 2 hours it took to do and even hoovered the carpet where she had had to drill holes to fit the panel after she had finished! She showed me how to use the panel, set me up with the app and how to use it and she was on her way. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Thanks DSM. More...

My grandparent's intruder alarm was set off by the high winds. Theirs is an older model and the original fitter is now retired so we were unable to find a way of resetting it. We contacted the manufacturer, Risco and Gwen, kindly put us in touch with David at DSM. David was with my parents in fifteen minutes, was able to rectify the issue quickly and almost unbelievably left without charging them, saying that he was happy to have the opportunity to support the older generation in this small way! It was perhaps a small thing for David but for my grandparents it was massive, what an amazing guy!There's no doubt that there are many companies out there who would have issued a call out charge to my parents. There is also no question as to where we will refer anyone and everyone we know who require any form of commercial or residential security in the future.Thank you David, you made our day! More...

Dsm installed a wireless alarm system inclusive of two cameras in my new build at the stewart milne development east calder.
After meeting david the owner and expaining my requirements he provided a full design and installation which in compassed everything I required and more.
The whole team from dsm were fantastic , polite and respectfull at all times david displays a fantastic knowledge of all security sysyems and was more than happy to answer any questions I had.

This is the most professional firm with excellent and very helpful advice, to keep your home safe. Today, they installed C. C.T.V. cameras, and I can assure you that their staff went out of their way to assist in every aspect of our inquiry. Our alarm was faulty and required servicing , when I couldn't get a engineer out from the company who fitted it urgently I called DSM who sent someone out that day and had it working straight away .
