Starting my own business has allowed me to provide a more bespoke and personal service to DS Design clientele

Having over a decade of experience working across multiple sectors has allowed me to hone my skills within architecture. In addition I am also a chartered architectural technologist with the chartered institute of architectural technologists ensuring we practice to the highest standards.

The health and safety of our staff and our customers is our main priority. DS Design carefully observes the UK Governments advice regarding the COVID-19 outbreak
Design
We believe the design is the most important aspect of a project. We work with the client to produce the best possible design solution for the brief. We pride ourselves in being able to design-out the problems to create a scheme which meets both the planning and client’s requirements.
Planning Services
Gaining planning approval for a site or building requires a strategic approach linked directly to the design of the scheme. We can support you in gaining planning approvals for sensitive or problematic sites creating design-led solutions which meet planning policy.
Building Regulations
We provide detailed drawings, construction packages and specifications to be submitted to building control for all scales of project.
Tendering
We provide full detailed drawing packages to support the tendering process when selecting a contractor. This will allow you to obtain accurate tenders based on your detailed requirements which we translate from your individual specific needs into the drawing, construction and specification information.
Construction
Our support during the construction phase can vary based on the involvement and experience of the client. In some cases we can project manage the construction phase, and in other instances we can just be available to provide advice and support when required. This is dependent on each individual client and the specific project.
