Sophie from doublelove did an amazing job with my branding and website! It's no exaggeration to say I would not have got the leads and interest I've had without the expertise that doublelove provided me (and continues to provide).

I highly recommend getting in touch with Sophie if you want to take your branding and website to the next level :)

Q&As

Simple and effective design! There's a common misconception that you need every bell and whistle on the market to make your website look good. In reality, a lot of website features are distracting, off-putting, expensive to implement and prone to breaking. I like to focus on what you need from your site and strip out what you don't. This creates a better user experience for your customers and also keeps the cost of your website build down! (win-win)

I always start by defining what the client wants out of their website. Is it sales? Is it donations? Is it so that tourists can find their cafe? Is it to educate their customers? This is super important because a website designed to sell product and a website designed to build awareness of a brand have very different priorities. The next question I ask will is around what websites or designs they have seen that they like. This will help me get an idea of their taste and preferences.

Seeing the results come in! Once my clients have gone live on a website, got their print product in hand or start implementing the advice that I give as part of consulting sessions, I always check in to see how this has impacted their business for the better.

I spent a lot of my career working for larger corporates and whilst this gave me invaluable experiences, it was a bit restrictive. I wanted something more varied and to help loads of businesses put their best foot forward, not just one! So off I went to start doublelove.

I don't BS my clients and my number one priority is to help businesses get the brand that they deserve, whether that's building a website, rethinking their brochureware or getting the most out of their in-house marketing team.

Services

doublelove websites are simple, no frills and easy to use. If you’re looking for a customised, heavy duty website that requires a lot of code, I’m not the person for you. But if you want a great looking website to effectively show off your brand, sell your products or educate your target market, I have different packages and price tags to fit the needs of your brief.

In essence, consulting is just a fancy word for advice. But it has a bit more strategy to it. There are different areas of brand and marketing consulting that I can help you with which may include how you launch your online business, how you get more out of your social media advertising or how to get started with Google AdWords and send your website to page one of the search results. However, to make it all a bit easier to choose what you need, I have carved up my consulting services into some classic session packages, made up of 2-3 90 minute sessions/workshops.

For now, all consulting will be conducted via Zoom.

How your brand looks on paper sets an impression - so make it a good one. Working with the amazing products offered by MOO.com, I design products which make your brand memorable.
