I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I found this company on google and feel obliged to leave this review to make sure no one else will be using them again.
Divino movers moved our belongings in May 2018 and we were happy with their job but we didn’t have furniture at that point. We instructed Divino Movers to move our belonging again in May 2019 but this time we had furniture some of which was relatively expensive. Next day after moving I realized all furniture was covered in scratches and dents and the last drop was when I discovered Tempur mattress protector had holes all over due to putting the mattress against furniture with metal handles which pressed into mattress protector. Four days after I emailed Divino movers asking to replace damaged items and also informing that doors and draws were not aligned correctly which was causing more damage to the furniture but they refused to take responsibility as according to their terms and conditions I had to inform them within 48 hours and offered a petty compensation of £65. I informed them that consumer rights act 2015 overrides their terms and conditions and provides a degree of protection for up to six years but they never bothered to respond. I then sent a Letter before court claim but again divino movers blatantly ignored it. We then discovered cot bed was wobbling because they didn’t screw all of the screws and all wardrobe screws were screwed in the wrong place and damaged the wood. I called him hoping to sort it out and he confirmed he would not compensate for the damaged furniture unless I took him to court. He agreed however to refund for the mattress protector and offered to send a handy man to polyfill the dents and fix all faults. Handy man informed me he would not be painting the whole wardrobe but would only patch up the dents. To cut it short the handy man was not even capable to figure out how to adjust wardrobe draw correctly. After handy man polyfilled one dent I asked him to stop as it made wardrobe look even worse. I called and left voice message and then messaged Divino Movers on WhatsApp but he then blocked me. Not only they damaged furniture, completely screwed assembling all of the furniture but then decided to escape responsibility. Their insurance is a joke which is just an attraction on their website. Little they understand they will now spend more money on legal fees than the cost of the damaged furniture. So unless you have no furniture or you don’t care it being damaged you can take a risk otherwise stay away from these individuals.
Update: You are obviously very desperately hoping to improve your damaged reputation, considering someones review posted just after mine and your nonsense comments. You can keep your pointless lies for court and for those who still in doubt whether to use your unprofessional service I will disqualify all your lies that we had already discussed via email here again: 1) we agreed you will move us at 4pm but your “team” arrived at 1.30pm so it was physically impossible for me to follow your “team” as I was manically packing until 4.30pm after which we rushed to a new property and left your “team” with our keys to continue loading the belongings. So to even come with lies like this is totally unnecessary. 2) Your team damaged the furniture and mattress protector despite the distance between destinations was only 0.8 miles (or 5 minute drive!), they were not capable to put 90% of the screws in the right place, align the doors and a bottom draw, so no need to blame for “flat pack furniture”. 3) as per emails: the furniture was bought in May 2018 which stood solidly until May 2019 so to come up that those dents in a nursery (!) were done by us is no less shocking. The damage was done due to mechanical interference and could not be done by us whilst changing the baby. Just face it - your team damaged it when moving and you are now avoiding responsibility which is wrong. 4) luckily ALL correspondence is recorded so no need to lie again about threats and come up with further nonsense about “hostility” 5) there were no dents before you moved us thus it is your responsibility to ensure the furniture looks as before it was damaged or it is replaced thus it’s nothing to do with “use or safety of the furniture”. So unless you fully rectify the damages there is no need to waste time my time and confuse reader with your lies.

I was moving for the third time, and had previous bad experiences using other companies, so naturally I was a little daunted. However, I was recommended Divino moves by a close friend. Naturally I was expecting good things, but the team surpassed all my expectations. They turned up on time and were polite and professional throughout the whole process, which really put my mind at ease.I had a few fragile items I was really concerned about transporting, but everything arrived in perfect condition, They even took the time to wrap my sons lego which took him weeks to build. It’s little touches like this that for me that Makes a difference. My son was best pleased! The guys worked flat out, I don’t think I even saw them take a lunch. We used Jimmy & Ria for a move earlier this year. Ria was very helpful in answering my questions in the run up to the big day & also helped us find v reasonably priced storage.
On the day of packing Jimmy & his team were amazing. The house was packed up quickly & carefully. The move day went just as well & far faster than we'd expected. In addition they also amazingly squeezed all our stuff into a smaller storage unit which has saved us Money too.
We were very impressed with Divino Moves & will definitely be using them when the time comes to take our stuff out of storage.
Finally, just to add, they were polite, considerate & v careful with our things which was very refreshing after previous experiences with removals firms.

Excellent service from Divino Moves, they turned what was a stressful experience into an easy few hours. They packed everything meticulously and carefully arranged the load into the van. When we got to the new place, we had an issue with a wardrobe not going through the staircase. Jimmy and his team carried out the move of my parents from London to Norfolk last year and it was all done in one day, including them providing a full packing service. I can highly recommend divino moves, we opted for a full packing and move service. In choosing them we picked from around 30 companies and hit somewhere around the middle. Choosing them for the way the quote was worded. It gave us peace of mind from the outset letting us know exactly what the schedule would be. Everything was packed beautifully with a lot of attention to detail to ensure that everything was safe for transit and easily discoverable at the other end.Everything made it through unscathed, nothing was missed nothing was damaged.
