About

I have twelve years of experience in providing WorkLife coaching and Body-oriented therapy. I prefer working face-to-face, but have a lot of experience working online. The latter can be of more convenience for the client, being in his/her/their trusted environment while going through profound realizations and emotions.

Q&As

For me, it is a privilege to walk with somebody on a part of their life and to guide them toward where they want to go.

To be more flexible and to follow what I think the client needs instead of following the (often money-driven) guidelines of a company.

I am direct, to the point, and very grounded. I am an excellent space holder and love to get to the point.

I prefer to work face-to-face, but have no problem working online if that is the client's preference.

I started to work online at the start of the pandemic, and when we started to work face-to-face, I took the best precautions; I performed daily LFTs and asked the clients to do the same, social distancing during the sessions, face masks if requested, disinfecting hands at the start and after the sessions, etc.

Services

In this form of therapy we talk less and work a lot with the body. We will move energy, charge and discharge certain areas and work with expression.

Integral coaching is a way of coaching where the body and mind are considered when exploring an issue. It is so much deeper than behavioral coaching. We explore why certain behavior has been beneficial before but why it currently limits your progress in life. You will be more willing to make different choices and get more out of life!
