Design and Planning
I visit every client and discuss there ideas of what they want to achieve. Having years of experience in the business i can suggest ideas that would improve the design and flow of the extension or new build. I prepare an initial plans which in consultation with the client can be tweaked to produce final design. Every client has there own specific ideas which we listen to and incorporate into the final plans.
I follow up the planning application with the planners to achieve desired result
