I have been using Andrew Day and the team at Depledge for a few years now to manage my pension fund. The service has always been quick, friendly, and professional. They always take the time to explain everything in detail and provide insight into the decisions made regarding the investments selected. They always reply promptly to any queries, or acknowledge receipt of the query and provide a time by which a response will be provided. My requirements are also consistently reviewed to see if I have the correct products and cover for my current circumstances, advising me to stop paying for anything that is not required and ensuring I have the best possible price for other products, for example life insurance. They have never tried to push me into purchasing any product or service, only provided information about the options available. If I have said I do not feel I need a product then it is not discussed again until the next review period, usually just to see if my opinion has changed. I have been very happy with the service provided and have no reason to believe this high level of service will not continue. My goals and progress towards these are always discussed and reviewed to see if changes to the approach are required.Overall I would say that Depledge provide a very high quality service that feels tailored to my exact needs and circumstances, all for a competitive fee within the industry.
