Southend-on-Sea
If life seems harder than it should be and you are suffering from low self esteem, anxiety, low mood or panic attacks, talking to a therapist can help. I offer a kind, supportive and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and maybe find a way forward.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping the people I meet to feel happier, more comfortable with themselves. I love seeing people change
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to be my own boss and once my training was complete I felt ready
Why should our clients choose you?
I am kind, non judgemental and I want the best for my clients and will work with them to help themselves
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can use telephone or video counselling and have taken some extra training to be able to do this
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My room is large enough to sit 2 metres away from each other and I clean all surfaces after each client. I've taken away soft furnishings too. If clients are nervous about meeting indoors I offer walking therapy too.

I offer face to face counselling in my Southchurch room
Online or telephone counselling
I also have training and experience in offering online or telephone counselling so please call if you'd prefer this
Walk and talk therapy
If you are more comfortable outdoors or happier going for a walk I have taken some extra training and can offer walk and talk therapy along the seafront, in Priory Park or Southchurch Park.
