What inspired you to start your own business?
Whilst working as a District Nurse in the community, I found that a lot of elderly and vulnerable service users were left for long periods without the care they need. In the mornings I'd find the elderly person still in bed after 11a:m because the carer hasn't arrived (mainly due to staff shortages) to get them out of bed to wash them and feed them. This would break my heart because the elderly person would be soiled and hungry, but in my role as a nurse i didn't have enough time to stop and attend to their personal care needs because I was working to get to my other patients to hit my target on time. So i decided to start my own home care agency to try and close the gap in the community

We feel clients should choose us because our carers are passionate and will provide clients with exceptional bespoke care. Our carers are hihgly trained and experienced care givers. We provide ongoing traing to keep our carers up to date. Our carers will treat clients with respect and dignity. Carers will take time to develop trusting relationships and support for the other family members.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep clear communication of any guideline changes and updates from the Gov.uk website. We advise our staff to frequently wash their hands and use hand sanitiser all the times. Frequent cleaning of devices, surfaces and handles. Maintain social distance and avoid crowded places where ever possible.
Home help- Domicilliary care
We offer home visits between 1 hour to several hours per day up to 24hrs round the clock care.
We offer help we personal hygiene needs, medication administration, meal and drinks preparation, light housechores.
We offer day sit in, night care or respite services to give main carer a break.
