What do you love most about your job?
I am a psychodynamic counsellor/psychotherapist whose work can involve supporting a wide range of issues, from difficult changes in life, loss, to anxiety and depression or concerns about identity.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals to find a better understanding of themselves and to overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, loss and other more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy supporting people towards a better understanding of their feelings, emotions and life situations.
Why should our clients choose you?
My approach is kind, non-judgmental and dynamic. I have many years working in the caring profession as well as supporting people with finding creativity in their lives. I am qualified with PGDip Psychodynamic Counselling, Human Development Scotland and Robert Gordon University; MSc Art Psychotherapy, Queen Margret University.

Online and in-person (Edinburgh). When we make our arrangements about how and when we can have counselling sessions we will discuss how you would like to proceed. If you lie outwith Edinburgh and would like to arrange online sessions I am more than happy to do that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Offering online sessions has been valuable to people seeking counselling who are considered vulnerable. working face to face, my workplace has adequate space and services to keep the counselling rooms safe.
