They will try and extort you out of your money when you have finally had enough and had to leave. They also won't pay professionals to do work thats needs to be done. They will do the bare minimum and can make you wait up to 4 months for something like your bathroom sinking into the ground from rotten floorboards. Slates falling from the roof will never actually be fixed because even if the whole roof needs re-slating they will not only make you wait, but only hire a contracter out to fill in the missing slates. The women there are quite friendly but they have a steff member called rob and he is very rude, unprofessonal and lacks any ability to do his job. He will also lie on emails to extort you out of pocket. I recomment staying away from them. I have had to deal with them for nearly 3 years now and I can't tell you the stress that this compant will put you through. Please find a reputable business to house you in as this business will have you wanting to tear you hair out. They also go against what was agreed between you and the actual landlord. Mind if you are a landlord maybe use these as this business will make you rich by extorting money from the tenants. More...
