How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If there are 3 solid walls you are all good. Most stand alone garages they only have a single skin structure that means 1 wall not 2 with a cavity. You can add a dry lined internal wall fully insulated. Where the garage door as been removed you can also build up a double skin wall with a door window or even a full byfold door.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Strip out back to bare walls. fully insulate the roof voids using 100mm kingspan. Fix a metal tracked drylined system to the perimiter wall fully insulated with first fix wiring. Run your first fix wires for all lights and sockets.
Plaster board all walks and celing using insulated pink fire board 8x4. Plaster all walls futt all timber works ie skirts doir casings doors and arcs. Finished ?
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
They need a head gight at the centre point of 6ft 2
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Re structure the floor or as is celing using 7x2 timbers fixed on hangers. Fit a stair case where the head hight will clear building regulations.fit a velux window or a dorma if building regs have been passed.
Floor using osb easy fix floor boards. insulate and first fix electrics plumbing etc plasterboard using insulated pink fire board and plaster. fit lights sockets etc paint

My work is second to none i thrive on perfection. I thought that ghe genral public would benifit tremendously if i broudended my horizons And i set up a small family run buissness to carry out profesional workmanship for the genral public.

I always say to my clients my workman ship speaks for its self if they would like customer refs from old and excisting customers. That would be my pleasure to pass there details on to them. As i always ask my customers to sign a decloration for my new and coming clients to contact them for a ref.

I always socisk distance snd wear my mask and gloves of im working in a clients property i also have a sink and hand sanitiser on board my van .
