We can act as either a Party Wall Surveyor or as an Agreed Surveyor to complete and serve a Party Wall Award for your project. This includes serving Notices, completing Schedules of Condition and serving the Award.
Schedule of Condition
Cubit Party Wall Surveyors can inspect your neighbours property and prepare a report detailing the current condition of their property. This is often requested as alternative to a Party Wall Award.
Party Wall / Structure Notice
