Had urgently required the services of a structural engineer to complete a roof inspection on a property I’m in the middle of purchasing and quite frankly, Hammaad was a god send for us. The inspection took place the following day after our initial conversation, and a detailed summary report was produced shortly after, well within the agreed turnaround time. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Where possible, any meetings will be carried out online via Teams, Zoom etc.
If it is required to visit the property, I will be wearing a mask and gloves. When indoors I would normally ask for the residents to vacate rooms for 5 to 10mins at a time to allow the inspection to take place. In addition should anyone be unwell prior to the survey then please let me know at your earliest in order to rearrange the appointment.
