About

We are a registered Charity and not-for-profit organisation based in Widnes, focused on providing essential services to those suffering hardship in our local communities.

Our Property Services are carried out by fully trained and insured staff and we are also supported by volunteers who are themselves suffering hardship and wanting to make a positive difference for others.

As a Charity, our objectives are focused on helping people. This is no different when it comes to the Property Services that we provide. We take immense satisfaction from a job well done and a satisfied customer who has received great service, at a great price. We are honest and upfront about what we do, and our customers know exactly what they are going to get when they hire us.

In 2015, the founder of our Charity, lost his mum in a tragic road traffic accident. In the year that followed, our Charity was formed, initially focusing on supporting disadvantaged children and enabling them to access sports activities. Our provision grew very quickly and gained support from National organizations resulting in us achieving awards for our Community work. We now deliver youth club activities, young ambassador programs, Men's Sheds, support the homeless and provide free household goods to families in need.
Its been an amazing journey in a few short years.

Our offering is completely different to other companies that do the same. That's an odd sentence isn't it? What we mean by that, is that as a not-for-profit organization, rather than filling the pockets of our Directors, our profits after paying our very hard working staff, go directly back into the Community to help people in less fortunate positions than ourselves. By using our services, not only are you getting your jobs done, to a very high standard, you are also supporting members of the community indirectly.

The services that we provide all involve mostly manual labour. Our staff work 12 months of the year in your house and/or garden to complete your requested jobs.

Only when the work is done, do we get a break, and do our online work such as uploading photos, maintaining our website, and updating our social media profiles.

We have created Covid-19 specific policies that cover all aspects of our service delivery.
Where applicable, our staff will wear masks and will disinfect their hands, as well as maintain safe distances from our customers.

Services

Our clearance team operates efficiently and considerately as we appreciate that in some situations a property clearance can require a delicate touch.

Our surveyor would assess the job at hand and discuss the requirements with the contact person. We provide clear and concise detail of how we intend to carry out the clearance and what is likely to happen to the goods removed.

We can provide full or part clearances as per request.

CSF Property Services have experience in carrying out clearances of properties in a state of disrepair or neglect and we can also provide a 'flea-bombing' service and 'rodent baiting' where required.

We have ongoing contracts with Social Housing landlords in Merseyside, Halton and Cheshire and our trusted approach and reputation is second to none.

CSF Property Services have extensive experience in the removal of contaminated garden waste.

We have operated in outdoor spaces requiring a considerable work, including cutting back shrugs, hedges, vines, trees and thorns.

Operating across Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, we can clear your gardens in no time and we aim to recycle 100% of garden waste.

We carry Professional tools and equipment for all jobs.

Working alongside Social Housing Landlords for the past 2 years, we have completed as many as 300 End of Tenancy property valets.

Our reputation is superb and we always leave a property in a 'Highly Lettable Standard', so that a new tenant can immediately move in, without any issues.

We are very proud to say that in almost 300 End of Tenancy cleans, we have a 100% positive feedback score.

Our cleaning team are able to clean a property to a fantastic standard, irrelevant of its condition at the outset.

A 'builders clean' is different to a standard valet and our cleaning team can remove all signs of building work having been completed in a property.

Concrete dust on floors, wood shavings in kitchen cupboards, thick grout left on bathroom tiles, we can identify it all and clean to a very high standard.

This work does require attention to detail and a 'roll your sleeves up' type of attitude, and with our experience on many previous jobs, we are very confident that we cannot be beaten on the finishing touches.

When carrying out work on gardens and driveways, we are often asked to remove the grime that has build up on garden flags over the winter months.

We use Professional standard pressure washing equipment to bring you outdoor spaces back to their original condition and make them usable once again.

Garages can be a place where things are put and often forgotten about. Stored for use in the future.

But in many cases, that time never comes and the volume of unwanted items builds up to fill up the garage space and can often become of no use due to damp or mold.

We can work quickly to clear any garage space and give you back access for its original purpose.

CSF Property Services can also provide a thorough check and rodent baiting service if required.
