Appalling company. Installed a door that wasn’t watertight, then smothered it in mastic claiming this was the correct action (despite us saying it wasn’t). After repeated lies they finally admitted they had done the wrong thing . But we’re still waiting for the issue to be rectified. Twice we’ve used Crystal Clear and on both occasions we’ve experienced nothing but good service from start to finish.
We returned this time for full re glazing of our four bedroom house, including new front and back door expecting the product and workmanship to be perfect, we were not disappointed.
Our fitter was Steve and his mate was Eathan. The pair were tidy, efficient, courteous and friendly and nothing was of any trouble. Where any issues were met they made recommendations as to any solutions instead of continuing regardless. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left the place immaculate.
Steve we found was a professional who knew his trade and everything had to be perfect for him before he was happy.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crystal Clear for their professionalism from Tim, our salesman, to Steve and Eathan, our installers.
Tip: make sure you have plenty of tea, Steve drinks ‘Builders Bum’ tea that melts teaspoons.

Have used Crystal Clear several times over the years. One of their advantages for me is their very unpushy sales approach which seems more "how can we help you buy what you want? " than selling. Before Crystal Clear I experienced various pushy window and door industry sales efforts, so their sensible approach is frankly refreshingly welcome. None of this "you must buy today" nonsense you get from some! They showed a lot of patience initially discussing our new front door requirements with us to ensure it would fit with our house and to check the RAL paint code would match existing windows. We also got a tech team visit to make sure it will fit the space, they seemed very knowledgeable and weren't afraid to explain and adjust what was required. Very professional and cheery fitting team. When they had finished the job it looked great to me, but they insisted there was still a little bit of work to do to finish it exactly to the quality they wanted it and I mustn't pay the balance until they'd sorted it! They duly came back and did this shortly after on exactly the day promised. New front door looks great. Excellent service very happy. Wish all companies were like this to deal with. More...

We've just had our front door, French doors and the majority of our windows replaced by Crystal Clear. From start to finish the service we received was excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. We cannot thank the team enough - Jason, for the initial visit and quote and taking the time to meet us again to answer additional questions at home and at the showroom, Kevin for completing the survey, Jo and Lucy for their admin/office support and most of all Steve and Tom the installers. Steve and Tom were with us for 4.5 days and throughout were friendly, polite, professional and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard. Happy customer. Crystal Clear have just completed part one of our double gazing replacement & from start to finish it’s been a stress free experience to work with them. From initial sales call at the house to discuss options through to visiting the showroom to make final choices Crystal Clear delivered a great service and helped us through a complex purchase. Survey from Keven post ordering helped us understand the install & made it clear we would get a quality job and this promise was delivered on when Tom Steve & Simon came to the property yesterday to start work. The guys were cheerful and polite & nothing was too much trouble, even wrapping the windows in protective film after install to ensure they are protected from damage when we plaster internally. The house was tidier after they left than it was when they arrived and 2 large bays & 2 full size windows were installed in 2 days promptly & without fuss. Laurence,Simon and Luke (new lad) from the time they arrived they were very polite,and professional a 2 day job the first day the weather was awful it didn't stop raining they got soaked but still carried on. They covered all the carpets and furniture took off their boots every time they went out in the rain the 2nd day was much better and my order was completed on time. After sounding out other companies - both local and national - we felt Crystal Clear had the best combination of quality and price and we found them very pleasant to deal with. The salesman Tim listened to our needs and was not at all pushy unlike some of his competitors. Absolutely excellent, both the quality and the installation service. Friendly, professional and very very efficient when fitting our front and patio doors.
The security now is first class and the house much warmer! We will be using them for our windows later.
And a year and a bit later... we've now had our lounge and two front bedroom windows done. Simon and Laurence were the installers, and they have done a superb job. Friendly, speedy, very professional and informative, and they left the rooms cleaner than when they arrived! Fantastic job and hope to get them back soon to do the rest of the house.
