Time wasters and unreliable! Rang up Crystal cleaning services to book a cleaning job where I told them I needed it on a specific day as I had a house viewing and was told by them they could do the job. I told them I would like to proceed and was told by the member of staff don't worry i'll provisonally book it in you won't lose the slot just reply to my email and I will sort it all the next day as they were about to close. I emailed them twice to confirm i'd like the booking and hadn't heard anything back after a while so gave them a call only to find out they had given my slot away! really poor service as they have left me in the lurch and do not seem to care saying no deposit was taken... because they lied to me saying they would pencil it in. I then told them i would be writing a review which they told me I shouldn't! do not use this company they waste your time! More...
