I cannot recommend this company enough for a loft conversion. All queries answered and suggested solutions to areas where we had no knowledge. On time, courteous and respectful. Quality of work A1 with minimal disruption considering the work that took place. Responsive to queries outside of working hours and would discuss plans in detail. Sam and the team were a pleasure to work with. They were clean and tidy and made extra effort not to be disruptive to the rest of our home. They always checked in on decisions to be made and had good ideas on what may work to improve the build. They were also very good at communicating and Sam made himself available to be on site whenever there were any issues to resolve or to give updates on progress. All of the snagging was completed at the end of the build and there was no waiting for people to come back as you get when some builders start new jobs. Sam and the team were friendly, reliable and very cooperative. All work was carried out to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
They really went the extra mile with their “everything is possible” attitude.
They also provided great advice and surprising patience.
Their work is first class and we found them to be very honest and trustworthy.
The craftsmanship was obvious and the standard of the finish was superb. We found Sam to be professional, always available and very hands on. Issues were resolved quickly and the finished result was of great importance to him.
We are currently looking at another project and wouldn’t consider anyone else to do it. We would highly recommend Crown Building Services.

I had a really positive experience with Sam and his team during my loft conversion. I chose Crown because they asked the right questions during the quote visit and they gave me a good quote which matched or bettered all of my other quotes. The build started within 10 days and was completed within the 4-5 week time scale. There were obviously problems during the build, but Sam was always available to discuss things and overcome these issues. If you are a good client with a strong idea of what you want, then Crown are a quality, very reliable company. They made the build process as hassle free as is possible for me. Recommended! More...

Crown services are a brilliant team to work work with. The communication through out the whole process and how professional they are is why I keep asking them to come back to do more work to my house. It started with them refreshing our hallway, changing the bannister to glass, taking up the old wooden floor and laying new wooden floor. Taking the cupboard doors off and giving them a fresh new look! I then asked them to come back as I was so happy with the work they had done to remove my old fireplace and fit it an oak beam, yet again I was delighted with the finish and the workman ship! I recently have had them back to fit a new kitchen. The guys took out the old kitchen and fit a lovely new kitchen! I couldn’t be happier with the work they have done to my house! They are so friendly, helpful and respectful of my house which means so much. They understand they are working in people’s homes which to be honest is so important. I would recommend crown to anyone!
