I am delighted with my new shower room. From first contact to job finish Craig's joinery were so professional. I had been let down badly by my builder and was very nervous about having other trades people in my house. Craigs joinery offered advice and were very reassuring. John Craig transformed my bathroom and I was absolutely delighted with the result when he was paid and left. BUT what a shame he had to ruin it by leaving someone else's rubbish from their old bathroom concealed with mine in my front garden and expecting me to get rid of it. John denied all knowledge of this and said he didn't know who put it there even although it was his job and he was responsible for it. He did eventually get everything taken away after numerous unanswered telephone calls. Also after the job was completed my toilet was leaking and my radiator wasn't working. The plumber came and supposedly stopped the leak but it is still leaking. Also my radiator didn't work when he connected it back after removing it. He said it needed a part and I haven't seen or heard from him in weeks as he obviously has no intention of coming back. I will need to pay another plumber to fix these problems!!! More...
