I contacted CP-property to rent out a 2-bed flat, as I saw they successfully represented a rental similar to mine in Zoopla recently, in a fairly speedy turnaround time. Phil displayed high level of professionalism & attention for detail throughout. From our initial meeting, he listened and took in my needs/expectations very carefully, and recommended topside yet achievable price for the property. He always responded timely, and provided me with an update before and after each of the viewing. He safeguarded the application process, to filter the right tenant for me. Phil not only handled the flat handover to the tenant on my behalf, but also executed contacting council tax/utility company etc., which was a very pleasant surprise for me.
