I recently used Cowling Estate Agents to sell my 3 bedroom house in Welwyn Garden City. They took amazing photos, created a fantastic write up and even gave me a premier listing on Rightmove. The house went on the market on a Wednesday, we had 6 viewings over the weekend and the house was sold on the Monday! Kevin did a fantastic job negotiating the sale price and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
