I'm Georgina, owner of Core Control Pilates. I teach Pilates and Barre classes in a beautiful studio in Hertford. I'm a Pilates specialist, having qualifications in pre & postnatal Pilates and Pilates for common orthopedic conditions. I believe that Pilates is suitable for everyone and that everyone would benefit from doing Pilates. All my classes are mixed ability as each exercise can be modified and adapted to suit the individual.
As well as teaching Pilates classes, also offer Barre classes, which is a low impact hybrid workout that is a combination of Pilates and ballet-inspired moves. There are cardio elements, resistance, and strength training making Barre a perfect total-body workout.
