My initial contact with Mark was very professional. He explained clearly and confidently what would be the best options without there being a hard sell.
He was very knowledgeable and just a really nice respectful guy, The quote was excellent and I felt very happy booking in the job with him. Mark was able to undertake the job the next week which was brilliant! He kept in contact and the two guys arrived when expected and were fantastic! They completed the installation in a professional, friendly and competent manor. They cleaned up as they went and completed the installation within the timeframe they said.
It was a very smooth and efficient service from start to finish.

Really impressed with the service. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with these guys. I received a reply instantly after I left my enquiry on Bark, Rhys came back to me straight away to asses what we needed, then the site survey and fitting was all done within a week.
The team were highly professional and knowledgable, the unit is great, looks nice and is really quiet, and it makes a huge difference to our home which will now make our sun room much more comfortable to live in.
The fitters were really friendly and professional, cleared up all the mess and made sure we thoroughly understood how to operate the unit before they left.
I would highly recommend Rhys and the team, from someone that is getting a lot of renovation work done at the moment I wish all tradespeople were this efficient and reliable!

Professional, friendly and accommodating, our company prides itself on its customer care, really competitive pricing and, if required, the ability to carry out air conditioning installations and servicing outside of normal working hours and at weekends in order to minimise disruption to our customers.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep contact to a minium with full PPE worn, temprature checks and lateral flow tests.
