This is a very difficult question for me to answer. I love the day to day entering of invoices and expenses, but what is my passion, is being able to help someone who's accounts really need an overhaul and allowing them to not have to spend time and energy worrying about them.

If I'm completely honest, I didn't really start the business. I used to be a partner in what I call 'The Old Collaborative' until my partner decided it wasn't for her anymore. I couldn't let our existing clients down, so I found a new business partner, set up Collaborative Accounts Limited and the rest as they say, is history.

We really try to go the extra mile for our clients no matter the size or complexity of their business. Check out our reviews on Trustpilot to say what our existing clients are saying about us but what do we say about ourselves?

Collaborative is a family and we welcome new family members. Our motto: "We don't have problems, we only offer solutions".

Services

We offer an expansive range of book-keeping services using a wide range of software packages. We work with our clients to make sure that they are receiving the services that they/their business' require.

Whether you've got a box or bag full of receipts or a concise spreadsheet listing all your income and outgoings, let us take the stress off of you and sort out your annual tax return.

We don't demand that you have done all the sorting out of your paperwork so we can just file what you provide us with, we do all of it.

You've probably got a million and one things you need to be getting on with, and then Companies House and HMRC
let you know that it's time for your confirmation statement and company accounts.
What do you do?
You can do the work yourself, but that means giving up time you spend on your business or you sacrifice some of your precious 'you time'.
Or ..............
You contact us and let us take away all the stress and worry and you can get back to doing what you enjoy knowing that everything is taken care of.

Give us a call or drop us an email soon to find out what we can do. You won't regret it.

Are you aware that as a company director you will probably need to complete a yearly self assessment unless you run a payroll scheme and pay your tax and national insurance through that.
Collaborative Accounts can do these for you, from the setting up and running a regular payroll scheme, or completing your self assessment and filing with HMRC.
Not sure if either of these apply to you, give us a call or drop us an email to find out.

Congratulations.. you've grown and got to the stage in your journey where you need to employ staff. This can be an exciting time but also bring with it questions and stress. We're very sorry, but we can't help with your recruitment/HR problems (although we will know people who can), but it also means that you need to have a payroll in place and a workplace pension set up. These we can help with, from setting up the schemes to maintaining them and making sure that you comply with the legalities that comes along with them.

Do you need to be VAT registered,, or would it be beneficial to be registered voluntarily, do you know about the flat rate scheme and first year discount?
We do, why not ask us?
