I would definitely recommend Coastal roofing. As a new customer, and also new to the area, we didn't know who to contact. I went on line and saw the reviews which were brilliant so I went on that . I wasn't disappointed, Tom was very pleasant on the phone and said that he would be with us at a certain time, not only was he very prompt, he did the job required immediately. I cannot fault anything about my dealings with Tom and his team. I made contact with Tom after noticing a leak in our skylight. He came round that morning, carried out a review and identified the need to replace an old fibre glass roof. He made a temporary repair stopping the leak and provided a very competitive quote for a full replacement of the flat roof by the mid-afternoon. Having looked around at other roofers, I was immediately impressed with Tom’s attention to detail and honesty. The fact that he did not want payment until completion of the work and sign off of it was a major factor in agreeing to the quote. I was surprised how quickly Tom managed to quickly make an appointment for the work to start. He is clearly in demand and the standard of his work is very high. From the moment that the work started Tom and his team were excellent. They did everything they said they would. They turned up on time and worked hard through the whole day replacing the flat roof and skylight in one day. The work was completed to a very high quality and there were no hidden extras or costs. Unlike many other tradesmen I have used, Tom and his team finished all the work and did not leave anything incomplete. On top of that they were all polite and courteous and removed all the debris and rubbish. I would not hesitate in recommending Tom to anyone.
