Fantastic gym - the club concept is a little daunting at first but is actually great and really helps to create a good atmosphere between all training in there. The equipment is all good quality and well maintained and the layout really good too. Platform is of good quality and plenty of bumper plates for most peoples abilities. You may struggle with standing overhead work on the platform if you're any taller than 6ft.It does get busy around the dumbells at times but this can be avoided easily enough.They've got something really great here. Group Personal Training
WHAT IS GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?
Group Personal Training is everything you would get as part of 1-2-1 Personal Training but with two differences;
You book onto a slot via our app that will have space for 4 participants.
It’s a more affordable price and your gym membership is included.
Wether your goal is dropping body fat or increasing muscle mass our personal trainers will be with you every step of the way until you achieve your goals. As part of the Group Personal Training package you’ll receive 3 Group Personal Training sessions per week with one of our team of experienced coaches, training plans for when you are on your own, nutrition targets and recipe books.
Our trainers will stay on top of your progress by taking monthly circumference measurements, body scans and progress pictures.
You’ll also have plenty of support from other Group members and a post workout protein shake after each session.
It’s everything you need to ensure you get results.
Yoga
Our Yoga classes are taught by in house Yoga instructor and are designed to introduce you to the world of Yoga. They will help you develop an understanding of basic Yoga postural and breathing techniques. Relaxation and meditation techniques will also be introduced. These classes are for all levels.
