We can provide certain services remotely but are also able to conduct viewings in person in line with current government guidance
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have been following government guidelines throughout the pandemic. As of January 2021 the property market is allowed to remain open.
To meet landlords or at viewings for prospective tenants we ask that no more than two people attend and wear masks unless you have an exemption from doing so. We will wear a mask at every viewing and sanitise all door handles and surfaces between viewings.
Essential property maintenance is continuing with permission from tenants but we ask all contractors to wear a mask and ask tenants to wear a mask where possible whilst the contractor is inside your home.
