The whole experience has been fantastic. Rowan was very clear about the quote and kept in touch throughout. The guys turned up bang on time this morning and were incredibly professional and helpful. They worked quickly and made sure all my possessions were safe and secure.. even wrapping a mattress in a plastic cover. Rowan, Wayne and Liam were absolutely brilliant before and during our move from Manchester to North Ayrshire. Rowan came out to visit us and survey our home to ensure our requirements were met. He offered flexibility due to our completion date being unconfirmed and suggested contingency plans should there be glitches with funds transfer on moving day. The team arrived promptly and the service was first class from start to finish. Pleasant, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Wayne kept in touch throughout the 5 hour journey, which really helped to synchronise our travel times. Our sale had been very stressful due to a poor conveyancing company, but Cheshire Logistics made our move date stress free and took away much of our anxiety about a long distance move. They went above and beyond with the removal of my stuff to the storage unit, including a sofa that wouldn’t fit in the lift, and they took it down 9 flights of stairs with no problem .
