Charlotte Heather literally came to our rescue with her practical ideas, her creative flare and her fantastic team of builders, plumbers, electricians etc. Her ability to amalgamate our style (very modern) with a very traditional house was second to none. What’s your interior design process?
Using a collaborative process we identify your key design preferences to produce a set of presentation mood boards that define the key look and feel of the interior design scheme, comprising lighting, hard materials, furniture, soft furnishings, accessories and the general colour scheme. We will source and specify all relevant finishes, hard materials, furniture, lighting, window treatments, soft furnishings, accessories and any other items which may be required.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We cater for all styles of interior design, we love sourcing a clever mix of new and vintage furniture, art and accessories, and we are able to give every interior its own distinctive identity. Tailoring our approach to each client’s brief and budget, always maximising value – we believe every project should be unique.
What do you love most about your job?
At Charlotte Heather Interiors we love that no project is the same, each is a reflection of our client's individualities and flare, making beautiful homes and interiors. It's a perfect mix of doing what we love and making people's lives so much more enriched.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my journey as a property developer, this naturally helped me to progress my love of design to study to become an interior designer. I now have 20 years of experience and an amazing team of designers whom I work very closely with to ensure every client is made to feel they are listened to and supported by us throughout the design process.

Because we listen to every client's need and strongly believe that the end result must be the home that brings the client joy and reflects them.

We prefer to provide our services in person, however, we understand that some meetings can be held online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Offering online meetings if our clients have been feeling unwell or wish to reduce the risk of catching covid. We do however have a very large studio which provides social distancing opportunities during design meetings and off-street parking if clients wish to avoid public transport.
