What fantastic removal guys. We moved house 4 weeks ago and the service we had was outstanding ( in fact i renamed them the lightening boys due to the speed and efficiency). All of our belonging were moved without any damage and when things weren't going to plan for the people who were moving out, these guys were patient friendly and even helped the other couple with their tricky situation. Communication was excellent, the way the van was packed looked to be very secure and minimised chance of scratches and breakages. Everything was put into the garage (where I wanted it) in a very tidy, secure and safe way. Seriously if you’re thinking of moving house just stop right here. You will not find better for the money and the customer service is exceptional!
I’ve messed these guys around for months. I’ve had a rough sale and 3 times our below chain links pulled out 3 times. Dominik and Rob were so understanding and happily rescheduled and maintained their original quote throughout. It’s now down to the final stretch. We’ve just been told that we can complete in a week. I contacted these guys at very short notice but unfortunately they just couldn’t support due to workload. However they have gone above and beyond to secure me an alternative supplier for the big day. How great is that? Complete legends and I will now use this removals firm for every move I make. I advise you to do the same. This is how you look after a customer.
