I've been with advance estate agents for a number of years in two different properties.

And I cannot fault the general service from the team at advance.

I recently had a boiler problem on the weekend (the early hours of sunday morning ) and carol got back to me straight away to arrange for it be fixed.

After searching for a two bed flat to rent in the South Ockendon area, we came across one advertised and managed by Advance Estates.

We were able to view the property within a few days, and was shown around by Ellie. Being our first time renting, Ellie explained the process to us and gave us time to look around the flat.

Being happy with the flat, and after our offer was accepted by the landlord, Ellie had us in the property within a week or so. Small issues have cropped up since moving in as expected, which Ellie rectified quickly for us.
