Jo and her team do an absolutely fantastic job each time for me. Being chronically unwell, working and with messy children I struggle to do the cleaning. We took on Joanne and her team just as peak season was about to start, which was far from ideal I am sure. It was a big change in operations for Newgale Lodge but Celtic Cleaning have always stepped up to the plate, nothing was too much trouble and they truly worked their socks off every time they came here.
The standards here have improved significantly and we would like to say a big thank you to Joanne and her team for all their hard work and effort over the past 2 months.

Jo and her team are fantastic at what they do. We have a number of holiday cottages, with varying changeover days, multiple linen options and sometimes tricky customers and Jo seamlessly manages the lot! We took on Jo and her team at the beginning of the season last year for both our holiday cottages and our glamping site. Jo’s attention to detail is excellent and she demands high standards of work from her team also, always willing to address any issues and constantly striving to improve. She has proven to be reliable (even at her busiest times, when asked to do extra cleaning at short notice), flexible (working in less than favourable conditions) and good value, and; with her bubbly, upbeat, no problem attitude and personality, she is a pleasure to work with. Jo and her team have been cleaning for me for a few months now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. My house is cleaned just as I like it, and TBH I’m a bit fussy!
They can do all the big jobs I can’t do alone like moving my huge corner sofa to clean behind.
I get home after a really long day at work to find the house spotless and smelling wonderful.
