Chris arrived at our house within 20 minutes of our enquiry phone call. Fixed our lock issue with ease and explained why it happened and how to stop it from happening again.

Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful and chatty. I would totally
recommend him and have already shared his number with my family.

I asked Chris to repair the locks on both my French doors, and my external kitchen door.
Thought it may be a case of ordering parts, waiting a few days (worrying about securing the property), plus the actual day waiting around whilst the work was carried out.
Not at all!!!!!
All sorted the same day!
He’d taken the locks apart, found out what was wrong and done all the leg work right away. I was back out in time for the school run, able to easily lock all the doors (which was definitely not the case before).

I hired CDM locksmiths to gain access and change 3 locks due to the tenant not returning keys. Chris achieved all this without any problems. Chris was very friendly and had great communication throughout the whole process.

I’m not the type of person to write a review at all! When I do must you know that the person is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at their job. Chris is very friendly, knows his job very well, his really good at communicating/explaining everything in details to his customers, step by step giving me the best option to pick from as I wasn’t sure which lock I wanted. Not to mention he came on promptly on time, fixed my lock within couple of minutes. To top it off, he was super friendly and patience

Amazing service from this company. Many other Locksmiths had refused to quote, as the part we needed was hard to find.

CDM Locksmiths nont only took the job on, but went away and made it their mission to find the part (a discontinued door handle). We were kept up to date with all their progress.
