Basic description of works done to my property: Due to exposed entry, moisture / water ingress (and moss) was making its way into the gable end on one edge of my roof, leading to rotten felt and even rotting the tile retaining slat boards - 3 tiles deep, needed replacement of these (Joseph said tiles were apparently fine so didn't need replacing) with added dry-verge tile protectors to stop it from happening again. Works fully completed in 2 days. Something I'd like to add - Being a permanent wheelchair user myself, and as you can imagine am unable to see much of anything pertaining to what's happening on my house's roof up close, as the initial review consultation process progressed (what was wrong) other issues he potential warned about became apparent but Joseph kept me informed with photos he took every step of the way for me to see and then put forward options to suit and what works were involved for each. I'd highly recommend Joseph for any roofing works, undoubtedly the other services he provides too based on what he's done for me. You'll find them (Joseph and Tony) very welcoming and easy to talk to, more than willing to explain what things are, what they're called and what they're for so you understand what the issues are and the solutions put forward. 'Carters' kept me at ease with an approachable attitude if I ever needed information and I have full confidence in their ability not to mention since they've been have certainly increased the value of my property and won't hesitate to employ their skills again in future.
