How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Has anyone else do the same in the street?
Leasehold or freehold?
Semi-detached or detached?
All very good questions to answer but the easiest way to find out has anyone else done this in the street.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
All depends if the customer will live in the property at the time or not.
Ensure planning has been approved by the council.
Is there construction issue drawings?
Has a party wall notice been agreed?
Once all in place then construction can commence
