Iam just want to say thank you for your company . The van been delivery before the day I travel so I can manage to get to know the vehicle . Also it was a brand new one ,it was very easy to drive and economic .The man who delivery van to me (Leo ) he is very polite and professional ,he showed me how to use the van and very helpful when I have question . We booked this vehicle back in February to go on our holiday to Spain in July. A couple of days before it was due to be delivered I saw some of the poor reviews on Google and started to become concerned. There was no need - the immaculate vehicle on a 65 plate was delivered to my house by World Rent a Car's delivery guy Leo who ran through all the controls with me and the contract including highlighting any fine print, went round the vehicle with a fine toothed comb and marked up all damage on an app (which included a couple of stone chips and scratches in the boot) and the report including marked up images was emailed to me directly. There was a slight typo on the mileage which Kevin changed straight away.The van was collected from my house (exactly when arranged) by Kevin -as Leo was not available. I'd had it valeted so was in the same condition as delivered. So I've got to say that the customer service that I have received from this company is beyond expectation and I'd have no qualms in recommending them. Many thanks Kevin and the team. More...

Nice experience ! They gave me a wonderful big van at a very reasonable price ! We actually booked for a 9 seater and they gave us a 11 seater for the same price ! With unlimited mileage, complimentary GPS ! These guys are thorough professionals, and honour their commitments very well. Now using their services for another 3 days for a smaller vehicle too.
