Capital Mot and Service

I recently availed the MOT and full service from Capital MOT and Services, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their services. I opted for their pick-up and drop-off service, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. They collected my car from my home at 7 am and returned it to me around 4 to 5 pm. MOT Assessment: During the MOT, my car unfortunately didn't pass, but Capital MOT and Services promptly communicated the issues and provided a detailed quotation over the phone. The offered rate was more than reasonable and acceptable, which I greatly appreciated. Quality of Service: After the necessary repairs, I drove my car for a week and was thoroughly satisfied with their work. The difference in the car's performance was noticeable, and it ran like a charm. Invoice Transparency: However, the one aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the lack of detailed information on the invoice. There were no specifics about the parts they had changed, such as the headlight bulb and the rear wiper. Including this information would enhance the overall experience. Overall Recommendation: Despite the minor issue with the invoice details, I wholeheartedly recommend Capital MOT and Services for their impeccable customer service, transparent pricing, and the high-quality work they deliver. Real problem solvers, very speedy service. Got a quote from Halfords, very overpriced and insisting on replacing things that do not necessarily need to be replaced yet. Came to Capital MOT and Service at the end of working day and agreed to come the next morning for a check. I came and in a couple of hours got a quoate saving me several hundreds. I agreed with it and before I returned to pick up the car they already had parts delivered. They carried out jobs the next day and my Peugeot 308 susprention and brakes are in the good shape again. Full serviced car today. No work description and suggestions from the garage. Just received a bill voucher stating full service and total amount which was reasonable. Looking on car even no grease applied on the bonnet and the boot of the car. I don't think the mechanic has top up any fluids in the car, e.g. coolant, brake fluids, screen wash etc. I hope garage email me work details and suggestions and improve their service. I've not long moved to the area and have been using the same garage for 10 years. Unreliable on times, the told me the full service and MOT would take 2-3 hours, I asked them if that's it because if it takes longer I'll get someone to pick me up and they said no 2-3 hours. So i stayed close by and did a few things locally before calling them up 3 hours later and they told me the service was done, just the MOT to go, she didn't seem sure on the phone so I told them not to worry I'll come get the car. Good thing I did, the service hadn't been done and they had 10 mins left on the MOT, I asked how long a full service would generally take and they said half an hour, thinking that's a bit quick for a full service I decided against getting the service and I'll take it somewhere that doesn't mess you about. Great staff and very good mechanics, helped me out with timing chain replacement which was a brilliant job done. Besides that I had a problem with an exhaust leak which they found it and fixed it straight away.
