I came to Paul a couple of years ago with my jack Russell (herbie). We were having troubles with him with his aggression towards our new pup and tendency to snap when anxious. In the hour Paul spent with us he was almost a changed dog. We knew our fault in our dogs behaviour and knew how to approach him to encourage positive behaviours. Joined in today for the first time with Boris and I have to say it's been the most enjoyable walk both Boris and I have had for quite a while. Boris was so relaxed and at ease, in face so was I. First session today with a very anxious Shae. What an amazing change Paul made with a simple figure of 8 lead and calm commands. I left with the biggest smile on my face, Shae walked calmly alongside other dogs, sat quietly when we stopped and actually enjoyed the walk. Thank you for today. Eko progressed so so much! His fear of shiney floors is on the way to being overcome. Despite the stupid woman in Wyevale garden centre! !!!
We went back to the vets tonight and he walked in like he was walking on carpet.

Paul met with me and Ruby, my rescue staff/sharpei cross, for the second time today. Over the years Ruby's anxiety intensified and I have struggled to deal with it successfully. The list of challenges Ruby and I faced were many but recently she had become aggressive to house visitors which I failed to deal with. Paul very quietly and clearly taught me a few simple techniques. Those techniques have been put into practice over the past couple of months and improved my relationship with Ruby in ways that I did not predict. We recommend Cool, Calm & Canine's Puppy Play Day training class as we feel it teaches and instructs in a very non judgemental way, which we feel is very important when a person is training a puppy. As each fortnight we feel we are seeing great improvements with our puppy dog Simba.

If you do know anyone who has a puppy I would highly recommend this lovely lady. Caroline is absolutely fantastic and really knows her stuff. Barney has learnt so much from her and so have I. No problem or behavioural issue is too much for Caroline she will find a solution. We have been a client of Caroline’s over the past 6 months, from the day after our puppy joined our home. Our first session was at home to help settle our puppy in & to give us new dog owners some guidance. Caroline’s support was amazing, going as far as to call me one Friday evening to provide additional support and advise. We’ve attended puppy training with Caroline & smaller group classes for loose lead walking. One of the things we like about Caroline’s classes is the size, no more than 4 dogs & their owners at any one time. We’re looking forward to joining her forthcoming scent classes. Caroline also helped us out when our puppy, then 5 months old, developed a fear of stairs. She spent quite a significant amount of time talking to other coaches/experts and researching how best to help him.
