Five stars isn’t even enough! Alex has been looking after my two horses for the last week when I’ve been on holiday, it’s so satisfying knowing how settled they both where with him. A massive thank you to Alex who came and clipped my 24 year old mare. She has Cushings so her coat had grown super fast and hairy since I clipped in October.
We went for the ‘ everything off’ look!
She had no problem relaxing with Alex and stood perfectly even when clipping her face.
She now looks at least 10 years younger - and definitely feels more comfortable. Thanks 😊

Our puppy loves Alex, he’s her favourite human! Straight out with him and into the van after watching out the window for him in the mornings.
Very friendly and professional and always gives an idea of timing for pick up and drop off, also very flexible with times when needed and even days where possible.
Kira comes home tired out and a very happy pup, has her food then settles down for the night, it’s great! Would 100% recommend Alex! 😊

Alex has been taking both my cockapoos since he started in business. They go 3 times a week and love their play days. Both watch for Alex coming in their mornings and are happy to see him. Both come back happy and tired and hungry. I know they are safe looked after and taken care of. Alex is approachable flexible and will cater for your dogs requirements. The excitement in Isla's eyes when she sees Alex, and the fact that she pulls him away from the door to the van tells me she loves her her walks with him, giving me the reassurance I need to wave my dog off and the reason I would recommend him.
Alex is always friendly and professional, keeping me up to date with when I should expect Isla to be picked up / dropped off (essential for a busy working calendar of meetings). He really cares for the dogs, and that comes across.

This is Luna 🥰
She had the most beautiful mane that I had to plait every day. This year at the end of winter it started falling out in clumps underneath.
I don’t know if it was due to sweat/the rug rubbing/just it being really heavy.
I decided, as it was really hot this summer, that her mane needed a little tlc to get the thickness back and start over for it to be all the same length.
Alex at canine and equine care came to the rescue and pulled her mane to help out the situation 😄
She loves having the lightness and not being hot and sweaty in the heat 🙌🏻 and I love being able to comb her mane quickly to give her a nice quick groom!

My horse Mckenzie ruptured a muscle in his hind leg in December 2020.
He is still on box rest and started an exercise programme recently.
Alex has helped me immensely, from providing his services of mucking out, feeding, grooming, and now helping me with the exercise programme and many more things while I am working. He has been reliable and trustworthy and to be honest at times the only other person I would allow to handle Mckenzie when he was acting up.
Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for anything horsey! 💕🦄
