What’s your interior design process?
Firstly ascertain what the customer requires and the best way to help with this to create a solution. Create the brief or statement of works and confirm with the client with a guideline quotation. Then put into process the development with sourcing / selection and technical data to create the dream and fulfil the brief. Once specified then select trades and tender for the work required. Put into action if the client is happy. Begin the construction process with site checking and management throughout.

We can adapt to most depending on what and how the client feels about design styles.

Making interior design work for everyone to add value to their homes and see peoples dreams become a reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I found interior design inaccessible when I needed advice doing property development so I set up a tap into service for anyone who just wanted advice or help but also wanted to be hands on with their own ideas and project. People who just needed a bit of advice that was easy to get and could save money and time and it grew from there...
Why should our clients choose you?
I personally believe a client should choose what they feel is right for them. Whether that be my company or not. Choosing to change your home in anyway is a very personal and an emotional experience and can be life changing in the most positive way. Clients should always go with how they feel about the interior design company and if it will work for them.

60 minute consultation / mood board
If you are looking for ideas, inspiration, layout suggestions to de clutter, re styling for sale or just to breathe some fresh feel or new colour and FF&E into your home, rental or particular room, this service involves an online or in person walk through with a follow up summary / mood board if required. This is charged at £120.00
Refurb / re decoration
If you are thinking of redecorating or refurbing in any form whether it be a small room for a new office, an outbuilding for more space or any rooms in the home then we can offer interior design, construction, project management and co-ordination to suit your needs. Typically for all inclusive our charges are 20% of the overall cost.
Kitchen and bathroom design and renovation.
If you are thinking about remodelling your kitchen / bathroom we can offer some practical design based advice to suit your way of living and requirements. We have suppliers and trades to carry out the renovation or can work with your own contractors depending on your requirements. For advise charged @ £120 ph and full service at 20% of the overall cost, we can suit your needs.
Commercial renovation advice and implementation larger projects
We can offer any renovation preparation, construction, project management from beginning to end inclusive of interior design. This can be totally tailored around you. Typically the costs for this for the full service is 20 percent of the overall cost.
Staging and presentation for selling your home.
To potentially improve your chances of selling your home we can advise on staging, decluttering, tidying, presentation and minor alterations to help. This can be done with an initial walk through then we decide what needs to be styled, finished and furnished. We check layouts, measurements, where to de clutter and implement. Then review and make any changes. On average this takes around 2 hours in total time at a cost of £120 per hour.
Price conscious commercial Fit outs for show homes.
A transparent proposal and cost for full fit out, styling and finishing service for show apartments and homes. Historically we have saved developers almost 50% of their staging costs. This service concentrates on providing developers with the most cost effective and complementary way to present properties for sale to their target customer. Typically the costs for this is a basic flat fee agreed by both parties at the beginning of the job.
