How long have you been in business?
Our company is registered for short time, but as we said in our description, our staff is highly experienced in the domain. We have members of staff who have a background of years working in the hotel industry and domestic cleaning.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We are bringing all the equipment and the supplies. No client has to worry about these except if the client has special demand regarding a specific product. Then will be the only time a client should provide us something.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people feel like home when their are back after a thorough clean of their houses. You can every time tell that they are happy, and relieved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The passion to clean. And that living nowadays in such a busy world, is sometimes so hard for some to clean, and this is why we chose to do it for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we ensure our clients that they will really see a big difference after we will provide them our services. Even if they choose to make a weekly contract with us, we will always find ways to surprise them and make them feel happy and in a clean home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff is wearing PPE in order to protect them and our clients. We are trying as well to keep the distance from our clients while interacting with them.
Domestic cleaning
A domestic cleaning session is any general cleaning which has to be done as part of the day-to-day running of someone’s home.
Despite the social and technological changes which cleaning has seen over the last century, it remains a physically demanding activity.
Not every cleaning task may be undertaken over a normal domestic cleaning session, such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, hob cleaning etc. You have to separately ask for these.
End of tenancy
End of tenancy cleaning is usually required at the end of any tenancy agreement. More often than not it’s stipulated within your contract that you’ll have the property cleaned and restored to the same clean state in which it was when you took it on.
An end of tenancy cleaning includes:
*Cleaning, disinfecting and dusting items such as: front door, skirting boards, walls, ceiling, limescale on tiles and taps.
*Deep cleaning appliances: oven and hob, microwave, fridge and similar
*Cleaning and disinfecting furniture items: cupboards, bookcases, shelves, bed frames and more
*Thorough vacuum and mop: pull out all furniture and large appliances to remove all dust, debris and stains.
*Deep clean kitchen and bathroom: sanitation of these rooms is crucial due to the high risk of infection.
*Clean windows: Clean windows inside, ensuring they are shiny and smear free.
One off cleaning
The process of a one-off cleaning service includes the perfect cleaning of your whole house, flat or office. All accessible surfaces will be cleaned, including skirting boards and floors. All rooms and the entrance area will be cleaned. This service is mostly suitable for all customers who do not require domestic cleaning on regular basis.
One off cleaning includes the same services as an usual domestic cleaning would, but without the minimum period of time required for a domestic contract ( 1 month ).

Spring cleaning/Deep cleaning
pring cleaning goes beyond the regular weekly cleaning ritual that you get with an usual domestic cleaning session. When you spring clean you are cleaning areas you usually do not clean. These areas may include:

wiping down the skirting boards, door handles, window sills, door frames
scrubbing the kitchen cabinets, appliances, and the backsplash behind the stove
cleaning the windows from inside
wiping out the refrigerator and freezer

We ask clients to de-clutter their homes before the clean team arrives as this will enable the team to carry on with the actual cleaning and if not, the time spent doing the spring clean will considerably increase.
