My first contact with the lady who answered the phone (sorry can’t remember your name, I’ll put it down to a bad night) was so friendly and supportive. What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of my work from day to day. I also like attending surveys and giving customers advice on issues that are important to them, especially if I can come up with a workable solution that the customer hadn't thought of.
I take satisfaction in successfully completing installations that improve the security of a customer's home and making people feel safer in their own environment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The business is a family-run business that was started in 1971 by my father. We constantly strive to retain the original core values that the business has always had, whilst expanding into different areas and introducing new technology to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the industry we are in.
