What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and overcoming every boiler issue put our way for customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to change the plumbing industry. There was a stigma around tradesmen when I was an apprentice doing my city and guilds many years ago. It made me want to come to work everyday and do better, learn more, dress smart, offer the best value for money, engage with people more, get to know who I work for so it’s a personal approach not just a run in change something quick, take the money and never seen again. We have legacy customers of several years that come back time and time again. This is due to a trusted and tested formula of services we provide.
