What do you love most about your job?
The top would be finding a solution for others struggling with their current block/ property management company, we are well versed in all matters property management/ block related and I feel we have found a way to deliver a great, personable service which allows our clients to get on with other matters, whether that be retirement or other business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Brompton Block Management was born out of sheer frustration. Having spent endless hours and an eye watering amount of cash dealing with incompetent block managers for our Client’s properties, we finally had enough.

Yes we most certainly can, most management related issues are thankfully completed via email or through our property management software. But we will of course from time to time need to arrange visits, specifically when we are taking on a property in order to complete an audit and familiarise ourselves with the site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are still open, but with protocols in place to help protect our team, contractors, partners, clients and customers. We’re following the Government guidelines and we have decided to add additional safety measures in order to help protect everyone- Including Face masks, individual desk screens, hand sanitisers, visits by appointment only, social distancing markers for staff and visitors.
